The Basics….What to Eat When?
As long as you know where things come from…Like bananas are from trees (breakfast), tomatoes are on a bush (lunch), grapes on a vine (lunch), carrots, potatoes are from the ground and fish from the sea (both dinner).
So if you know where foods grow from ground level and up, trees, bushes, vines, under water, or under ground, etc. you will know what to eat when…For now just use the Rise and Shine Grocery List …
